About registration

As part of our contribution to the ‘Everyone a GP in Delft’ project, which has been set up to ensure continuity of GP care, we are offering (new) residents who do not yet have a GP the chance to register with our practice.

You can register below from 1 April 2025. Registrations will be assessed based on the following criteria:

– The patient does not currently have a GP in Delft and has never had a GP in Delft. If a patient deregisters with their current GP in an attempt to meet these criteria, we will not register them at our practice, and

– The patient must reside in Delft in one of the following postcodes: 2611 (up to and including Vrijenbansekade), 2628, 2624, 2627 (up to and including Deltaweg) and 2613 (up to and including Alexander Fleminglaan).
